Your experience is the result of your thoughts
We have enough research today to prove that thoughts are powerful. For anything that we see around us started out as a thought. Our entire internal world is governed by our mind. It is a complex network of different mental events which constantly causes different states of mind. Every thought at any given moment will lead to objects and intentions that we are holding in our mind. These mental images and feelings will cause the state of mind we will be experiencing. That experience will either cause suffering or happiness. The mind is therefore directly connected to the cause and effect in our lives. When through observation, we truly understand how the mind operates, we are able to take more control of our lives. But not only that, we take our health back, because negative emotions affect our bodies on a cellular level.
In order to change the things you dislike in yourself and your life, you must start with an understanding of your mind. Change always comes from inside. This is because your pain suffering rejection, negativity, desperate wants, or all of the happiness you experience comes from the inside. Our thoughts create the life we are experiencing, without even realizing it. We can make a choice to take control of our thinking.
How does this translate from physical to energy?
Our body which is biological and consist of all our organs/skeleton/and nervous system are broken down in cells.
From a physics perspective. What do cells consist of?
Cells consist of Molecules, Atoms, Subatomic particles, Protons and electrons, Neurons, gluons, quarks, and mesons. This is electromagnetic vibrations waves of light and energy called quanta.
As illustrated above, when we look deeper, we realize that our physical existence is fundamental energy. This means that every single cell of your body is made of these vibrating waves of light, which ultimately is energy. You are made of energy and light. For now, everything constantly vibrates, and everything emits energy. Including you.
Depak Chopra in his book called Quantum Healing, published in 1986 proved that neurons are everywhere in the body. In fact, every single cell of your body is bathed in neurons. This means that your brain can communicate with any part of your body instantly your thoughts are being communicated to all your cells all the time. That proves scientifically the mind-body connection. This proves that your thoughts have a direct effect on every single cell in your body. Think carefully about this for a while. What thoughts are going through your mind every day? Are they uplifting and up building? Or are they destructive negative thoughts? Your thoughts about yourself and your body have a direct impact on your health and mental well-being. It goes much deeper than this.
Our Mind
Our mind is the gateway to unlocking our potential to become what we always dreamed of. The most obvious application of this is in the area of health. This is how we explain miraculous healings and we also gain the possibility of healing. What was impossible before, becomes a possibility now. Your body has this incredible power of rewiring itself. However, this is only if we choose to do something about it.
We also learned that our thoughts are real. It is not just a thought. It is a material thing made of energy- bioelectrical and biochemical impulses. Better yet, they are the most potent energy known to us. Every dream and desire we think about has the potential to become a reality.
The subconscious mind
In 1963 Joseph Murphy published his book, the power of the subconscious mind. This is an incredible source of information showing us how we can create our destiny by harnessing the power of the subconscious mind.
Subconscious means the part of the mind below the level of consciousness.
Your subconscious mind is stored in all your neurons in your body. So, all of your memories, emotions, habits, programming, and instincts are stored throughout your entire body and every cell in your body is affected by them. We see this when we read about people who had transplants and suddenly they experience different habits. I have a personal example of this phenomenon. My daughter in law donated her kidney to my sister’s daughter in law. My daughter in law does not like hot and spicy food whereas my sister’s daughter in law loves it. After the transplant, my sister’s daughter in law who received the new kidney no longer want to eat spicy food.
The results we have in life, are because of our emotional state, which determines our thoughts/behaviors and decisions. What we do, or do not do, determine our outcomes. Our state is also responsible for what we are attracting in our lives through the law of attraction. Remember thoughts are energy vibrating at a certain wavelength and like attracts like. Our well-being at the time affects what and how well we do it. Our state is determined by what is being presented or processed by our subconscious mind. Ultimately our subconscious mind determines our results every time.
When you have a lot of unprocessed, unresolved negative emotions like anger frustration sadness fear hurt doubt hate shame anxiety and guilt, they will have a negative impact on your whole body and not just your mind. We go to the doctor and walk away with a prescription for drugs to counteract the effects of the feelings or state we are in, but we don’t deal with the emotions and even less with the effect of the emotions on our bodies. This can cause a lot of unwanted behaviors, symptoms and diseases. Unprocessed negative emotions are like the little garbage bags polluting our entire body and mind. If you do not take them out, they will start to rot and cause all sorts of problems and diseases. Your subconscious mind is the operating system for your body. Just like Windows on your computer. And if it is not configured and used correctly, it can cause malfunctions in the body.
Emotions
Emotions play a huge role in conditioning our minds. Whenever you experience something very powerful and emotional, your brain will react and release chemicals and proteins together with sending information down the newly created neural pathways growing the instantaneous highways per se. Neurons that fire together wire together and create new behaviors.
Emotions can serve us very well. Emotions if intense enough, always produce behavior. When you are in control of your emotions, you will attract what is inside of you.
However, most people hold onto significant volumes of unprocessed negative emotions to the extent that they become a burden. They are such a burden that they affect focus, thinking and behavior, producing corresponding negative results in life.
People can change if they want to and have resources to do so. I am sure that your behavior has changed during your lifetime. I am also sure that you are still the same person. The question is, what resources can you use and what behavior needs to change?
Emotions play a big role in our lives, even from a health perspective! Positive emotions are great for your body. Think about it what happens, when you are experiencing any positive excitement, any form of happiness, your whole body goes into that state the instant your subconscious mind starts processing those emotions. Every cell in your body will start dancing and glowing and you will have a huge amount of energy flowing through your body.
You know this, but what most people are not aware of is that negative emotions are not good for the body. In fact, they are the biggest cause of our diseases and discomfort. All degenerative diseases come from a significate emotional event or by piled up unprocessed negative emotions. The major negative emotions are anger, shame, sadness, fear, anxiety, frustration, doubt, hate, hurt and guilt. Your mind will keep them in your body until it gets some type of learning or resolution to process them.
Do you still want to hang onto them?
If you look at emotions from a quantum physics point of view, everything is light energy vibrating at a certain frequency. Your emotions are energy stored in your neural network. Negative emotions have a very low negative energy and a very low frequency. They vibrate so low that they can bring down the whole person’s vibratory energy. This has a very negative effect on the person as a whole and on his or her health. One of the universal laws of nature is like vibrations attract like vibration. A low vibratory body will attract only low vibratory things into your life. Now you might have wondered why so many negative things happen to good people. But on investigation, you will find that they vibrate at a low energy, with a low self-esteem, negative thinking processes and operate from a state of fear. Their low vibration attracts all those low vibrating negative things into their lives. You are actually dying from the inside out. A Japanese scientist Masara Emoto, discovered that if we put negative messages on bottles of water before we freeze it, the crystals that forms are distorted and broken. When we put positive messages on the bottles the crystals are perfect. This is a profound realization and we must take note of what our thoughts are doing to our cells. What does your self-talk look like?
What jacket do you wear? Is it one of depression, illness, unworthiness, sinner, not good enough, guilt, hurt, anger or feeling victimized by people and circumstances? If that is what you see and believe your outside world is a reflection of your inside world. Today’s reality is a result of yesterday’s thinking. Nothing binds you except your thoughts. Nothing limits you except your fears and nothing controls you except your beliefs. Attention is our currency, spend it wisely. Take notice of what you focus your attention on.
If you look at it, Failure is only feedback so that you can use the learnings to empower yourself so that you easily fulfill your purpose, goal or destiny in life.
We are so attached and addicted to our stories, and we continuously re-visit it by retelling the story or reliving the experience in order to try and find a resolution. The secret is there are no resolution. You can take the learnings from the experience, forgive the other person and let go of the emotion and move on. That is the healthy option.
In my research I discovered that all the self-help books and programs have the same solution;- Letting go of the emotions related to events. To change the effect, you have to change the cause. The way you get in control of your outside world is definitely not to try and control the outside world. I am sure you tried that before and found that it does not work. We do not have the power to control the people and circumstances in the world outside. The best way to give you lasting results in controlling your outside world is to start getting in control of your inside world where you have the power
Whatever you resist, persist…
Whatever you think you are, you are right. However, you have the power to change that. Why do we use our past as an excuse for the pain, illness, depression, negativity anger hurt, and discomfort? It is over, let it go and move on. Emotions are just visitors, let them come and go as they please, but do not entertain them and give them tea. Don’t let them settle in for the night. Especially the night when you will lie awake rehashing the event creating the emotions to find a resolution. Rather acknowledge the emotion, welcome it, love it, shine the light on it and let it go. The best way to deal with the thing that you do not like, that persist in your life, is to love and accept it. I really mean love it, accept it and then look for the learning in it that will help you grow.
When you are in control of your state, you will control your results. The moment you release all those unprocessed negative emotions, your own body’s vibratory frequency will pick up. You will have much higher vibrations thus attracting many more good and positive things into your life. You will have much more control of all your emotions and thoughts and you will be able to choose exactly how to feel every moment in any situation. Why not choose to feel great all the time. But just imagine being in control of your emotions and thoughts. How much better will you be able to steer through life, effortlessly? What will that be worth to you? In my mind that is priceless, you simply cannot put a price on this.
Take the first step today to change your life. Change it by lifting your energy by focusing on positive thoughts. Take note of the story you tell yourself about yourself. Start by recognizing your inner child, and feel the love for that perfect human being, created in love when you were born. Feel the love inside your heart for that human and reconnect with your Spirit, your soul. Love resides in your Spirit, feel and experience that by tapping into your inner being and reconnect. Feel the love and let it wash over you and heal you. Do this daily and check your thoughts. When you realize that your thoughts are like seeds planted in your garden, become aware that you need to tend to your garden.
Find the emotions that are holding you down and bring them up but let them run out of energy. Feel them running out of your body to release them. If they are stronger than you, make an appointment with a life coach that can help you release the charges with NLP. Whatever you do, find the path to releasing old wounds. You and your health are worth it.
